In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Developing and leading initiatives that will support Emerson’s evolution to be the leader in the Global Critical/Severe Service market;

Applying concepts of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, physics, and other fundamental engineering principles for control valve sizing and selection;

Serving as the internal primary contact for needs related to technical aspects of global sales pursuits;

Partnering with other engineers to develop and present innovative technical solutions to Critical/Severe Service applications;

Providing advanced technical sizing via direct communication with Local Business Partners, Application Engineers, Product Engineering, and Marketing teams

Leading the development and execution of strategic Critical/Severe Service Industry penetration programs and growth initiatives;

Working with other Emerson business units to provide solutions to Field Service Requests on installed products;

Providing technical training to internal and external audiences;

Reviewing of customer specifications to prevent the implementation of competitor specific influences while also ensuring that International Standards are properly referenced; and,

Communicating the progress of key initiatives and team operational/execution challenges via monthly reports.
