DESCRIPTION:

Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Tenant Amenities Representative is the first point of contact for guests and tenants visiting Bond at Bankers Hall. Role involves a high level of liaison with operations, security, tenant services, and marketing and events promoting a teamwork environment ensuring tenant satisfaction is always being maximized.

A highly interactive position which demands flexibility, problem-solving, diplomacy, professional etiquette, and a high degree of organizational and communication skills to manage a variety of priorities and changing deadlines.

This position requires exceptional communication skills and contributes positively to the efficient, friendly and cooperative environment promoting a superior commitment to tenant service.

Responsibilities but not limited to :

  • The Amenities Representative is responsible for creating a supportive and comfortable environment for guests that are utilizing the Tenant Lounge, Conference Centre and Gym.

  • Daily monitoring of the Tenant Lounge and Pre-Function space ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained.

  • Ensuring all supplies are replenished for Tenant Lounge guests, handling customer/tenant enquiries, assisting with technical issues and problems as and when they arise, as well as building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities include ordering supplies for the Tenant Lounge, reporting equipment deficiencies and any health and safety concerns.

  • Timely placement and removal of signage for private functions and promotional events, troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment for private events within the Tenant Lounge.

  • Position requires an ability to work flexible hours when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:

Strong level of professionalism in dealing with our corporate clients, strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal-to-no supervision describes the ideal individual for this role. Characteristics such as honesty, professionalism, integrity and professionalism, teamwork and initiative, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail are essential to this position.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in dealing with internal and external customers.

  • Knowledge of Health Standards as it relates to food handling and alcohol service policies.

  • Ability to learn new technical software quickly.

  • Time management skills

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Well organized and able to multi-task.

  • Work well under deadline pressure.

  • Very high-level customer service skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft applications.

  • Yardi, Angus Anywhere, Concur, Workday application experience an asset.

  • Demonstration of excellent communication skills is essential, as well as possession of analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to determine client requirements and provide solutions to urgent needs.

  • Ability to deal with issues which are confidential and sensitive in nature requiring professionalism and discretion.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:

  • Minimum grade 12, post-secondary education an asset

  • Computer skills essential, MS Office, MS Projects, Adobe

  • Experience in a service-oriented industry

  • Excellent English – written and oral

  • ProServ Certificate an asset

  • Special Event/Hospitality Courses an asset

  • Customer Service Courses desired

  • Standard Business Etiquette Courses desired
