Today, we are recruiting for an Environmental & Social Administration to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Establish and maintain the SharePoint system for a joint environment and social (E&S) project team.

  • Organize files and documents with a view to maintaining the office E&S system.

  • Create an interface with E&S Coordinators and the E&S management, providing full access to project policies, procedures, and forms through the Internet.

  • Assist in the collection of reference and background material from registry files as well as electronic routing and distribution of E&S documents.

  • Conduct scheduling task for E&S topics

  • Establish and maintain a records system of file movement within the office; maintenance of the office circulation and reading files.

  • Prepare correspondence and reports related to environmental and social activities.

  • Ensure provision of effective mail management focusing on achievement of the following results:

  • Understand the concept of management systems in general, and environmental and social management systems in particular is a plus.

  • Support site Social and environmental inspections.

  • Collect Environmental & Social data.

  • Scan, photocopy, and store digital documents.

  • Index, track, and set up an easy retrieval system of soft or hard documents.

  • Maintain the office achieve, making sure files are properly stored and easily accessible; safe keeping of documents.

  • Reproduce/provide photocopies of documents from the confidential registry files, as requested by the staff.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental science or Business Administration.

  • Highly desirable certificate in Environmental Management at a basic level

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • Analytical thinking and data collection.
