A Day in the Life

  • You will be monitoring multiple RS boxes and ensuring that incoming requests are directed to the appropriate intake systems. It could involve sorting and categorizing requests based on their nature and SOP documents provided.

  • You will be seeking additional information where the information provided is unclear or incomplete. This task involves reaching out to the relevant individuals or teams in the field to gather the necessary additional details or clarification required for processing the request.

  • You will be providing status updates to stakeholders to inform them about the progress of previously submitted requests. Status updates could include information on whether the request is being processed, completed, or if there are any delays or issues.

  • You will be entering initial information from incoming requests into two specific tools - SFDC (Salesforce.com) and PE tool. This step is crucial for proper documentation and tracking of requests within the designated systems.

Must Haves

  • 1 or more years of relevant experience with pricing processes, customer service, analytical or financial institution and/or process driven back office or related

  • High school degree

  • Fluent in English level

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office

  • Team player

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge in SAP, SFDC

  • Bachelor degree

  • Experience of working in a corporate, multicultural environment is an advantage
