Google Partner Analyst, Large Customer Sales in Bogotá, Colombia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).

  • Comfort and experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R, Python, C++.

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling way.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver simple and compelling stories.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Partner Analyst, you will work closely with agency teams in all of the markets where we operate, including Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Central Region, cross-functional teams such as Product and Solutions, Agency Trainers, Platforms, and internal stakeholders such US regional agency organizations. You'll also work externally with key contacts within our partners' organizations.

This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Spanish with local stakeholders.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Manage data to enable Business Intelligence and better decision making.

  • Support automation and tech stack application for clients solutions (e.g. Menu of Service).

  • Keep consistency across the region to make sure that the team is following the same priorities and we have a consistent image in the market.

  • Support the leadership team to build the annual business plan and to track performance over time.

  • Drive internal cadence for business growth and team activity reporting and data management.
