What a typical day will look like

Support the person in charge of the OSH management system in the execution of the work plan for the year.

  • Follow-up and analysis of the occupational medical concepts resulting from the entrance, periodic and post incapacity medical exams.

  • Performing absenteeism reports.

  • Planning and follow-up of health promotion and disease prevention activities (training, workshops, implementation of the cardiovascular risk PVE, follow-up of the osteomuscular disorders PVE or any other PVE that may be required).

  • Support in updating the matrix for identifying hazards and evaluating risks and controls.

  • Updating of the professiogram.

  • Support in updating the legal matrix.

  • Support in the investigation of accidents, incidents and occupational diseases, without this generating responsibility in the signing of such documents.

  • Accompanying the Copasst of both entities.

  • Support in the development of the emergency plan.

  • Carrying out safety, order and cleanliness and building inspections.

  • Follow-up of cases with restrictions and/or medical recommendations of common and occupational origin.

  • Advice on the implementation of the Strategic Road Safety Plan (the client requested this support, I leave this point for your consideration).

  • Support in activities related to document management.

  • Follow-up on the compliance of ARL activities.

    Other activities:

  • Internal audit to the SG-SST (check who from Aon would do it).

  • Follow-up on compliance with legal requirements of the medical office authorization.

  • Follow-up on compliance with legal requirements of the lactation room.

  • Follow-up of the medication benefit process.

  • Analysis and presentation of the accident rate (of the branches we handle).

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Medical specialist in Occupational Safety and Health with valid license and 50 hours course in OSH.

  • 4 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting in insurance brokerage or management of the OSH area in insurance companies or clients.

  • Knowledge of occupational medicine, epidemiological surveillance systems and other related topics.
