Title: L&D Coordinator

Level: L6A

You will support to improve the engagement and success of Diageo Colombia teams in training in achieving objectives.

Learning & Development identifies the most appropriate training to close knowledge gaps based on business assessment and our people development plans, focusing on both functional and soft skills. It develops and delivers innovative, engaging, and effective training initiatives.

The local Learning process must be aligned with the global L&D strategy, so that the local actions that are driven impact the global strategy.

It starts from the moment a new person joins Diageo through the onboarding process and is a permanent cycle that seeks to keep our employees updated to allow them to continue developing their capabilities, improve their performance and maintain the competitiveness and efficiency of the business

Main Responsibilities:

Supports directly HRD - HRBP activities and get us to the next level.

1)Learning and development:

  • Have the relevant logical thinking of learning and development work, and know how to own a learning and development project. Such as demand research, high-level solutions, curriculum development, training design, review, and summary.

  • Develop new training programs / manuals, and other informative materials

  • Training Needs Analysis: Identifying the learning needs and skill gaps within the organization through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

  • Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other learning interventions either in person or through virtual platforms.

  • Learning Technology Management: Evaluate, select, create, develop, implement and handle learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to support training initiatives.

  • Evaluation and Measurement: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods such as surveys, assessments, and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.

2) Employee onboarding program

  • Through the establishment of a learning map (New Onboarding Proyect), improve the learning and development of new employees, know how to work a mentorship program, and accelerate the integration of new employees

  • Lead Onboarding, the entire process of pre onboarding, follow up on processes and tasks, during onboarding ensure an excellent new employee experience, and post onboarding ensure through the new onboarding project that all employees meet the learning and performance requirements.

3) Talent Development

  • Partnering with HRBP and business leaders to build career development paths, and talent management strategies to champion employee growth and retention.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field.

  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Competent in e-content and design development, Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, Technology Proficiency

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
