Core Responsibilities

  • Establish, lead, and run the creator relations, landscape and opportunities.

  • Lead a team focusing on exploring new business models and opportunities with creators and developers.

  • Define objectives and key results for the area, team and day to day work.

  • Be a driving force and great teammate in exploring new digital play within LEGO GAME, support your peers in their problem solving, by tapping into amazing external creator ideas and capabilities.

  • Collaborate and explore new opportunities with the wider LEGO Ecosystem to unlock game creation potential.

  • Establish and drive LEGO Game builder programs for an 18+ audience.

  • Build an intake process around game ideas coming from creators.

  • Work with the rest of the GAME Team, to understand creator needs.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience as a leader within Product where you have directly led teams through product/program discovery, launch and ongoing performance improvement.

  • Proven ability in building and leading high performing product teams, inspiring and empowering them to work towards common goals.

  • Experience in transformational work, including defining and improving ways of working between your team and partners.

  • Experience working with creators, influencers or community management Being a great teammate, with a positive demeanor and good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience working with gaming ecosystem, tools and platforms.

  • Experience working with new business models or evolving existing.

  • Passion to build and work with creative partners.

  • Thrives upon change. Comfortable concepting, producing and evolving creator programs.

  • Ability to prioritise and build transparency around own work, and the work of others.

  • A strong leader that puts their people’s needs first.
