We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist in a company in Bethlehem, PA. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a candidate with intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in database management. If you have fast and accurate typing skills and exceptional organizational abilities, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources before entering it into our system.

• Perform web searches to gather necessary information.

• Accurately enter information into specific fields in our database systems.

• Request additional information for documents that are incomplete.

• Maintain records of tasks, files, and progress.

• Audit reports and data sheets.

• Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submission.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask is pivotal.
