Job Description

•Build and drive execution of the most relevant Customer Journey & Experience in close collaboration with all stakeholders. Develop new tools and platforms for omni-channel customer journeys.

•Develop the most accurate Omni-Channel Marketing (OCM) KPIs and dashboards for brand and in-field teams, track and monitor results for advanced customer engagement.

•Work as business partners with the commercial teams to advance the deployment of marketing initiatives/ projects leveraging Omnichannel strategies and technology to deliver the best possible experience.

•Partner with commercial teams to develop multichannel content strategy and contribute in insight-driven, personalized, and agile content generation with all teams.

•Monitor and follow-up yearly Brand Tactical Plans and MCM plans with relevant KPIs for all channels and portals in close collaboration with brand teams.

•Coordinate the brand excellence and launch excellence processes in the affiliate, organize the affiliate brand and tactial plan reviews.

•Lead the brand planning process in a standardized way across the brand teams in the affiliate making sure that innovative and multichannel projects are included in the tactical plans.

•Create new platforms to foster innovative ideas and best practice sharing. Coordinate innovation rewarding and idea-sharing platforms, develop and organize related innovation events and content for the brand teams.

•Challenge the business and uplift the quality of brand team outputs by constantly bringing in fresh stimulus and ideas and ways of working from internal colleagues, external industry and non-industry sources.

•Ensure that IFT projects are highly effective and in line with brand planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in in relevant fields (Business Adm., Engineering, MIS…)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Omnichannel/Digital Marketing space with project management responsibilities. Additional commercial experience is a plus

• Interest and/or experience in new digital technologies

• Well organized, having innovation and growth mindset

• Ability to work in a matrix environment

• Excellent communication skills and influencing skills with proven track in project management

• Advanced Level of written and spoken English
